I bought a small tin of this on my first (for some time) foray into snuffdom at G Smith's in Charing Cross Road with little enthusiasm; I thought I ought to try a few different types for variety's sake. As a smoker I absolutely detest menthol cigarettes and thought that I would have the same distaste of menthol snuff, but boy was I wrong! I bought three different snuffs on that visit, and this was my favourite by a country mile, much to my surprise! O & G is a delightful snuff, especially for those new to snuffing. The menthol flavouring is (to my newbie nostrils) strong but not eye-wateringly so, and is very refreshing; it doesn't have to be sniffed too hard for you to keep it in your nose and the feel is quite invigorating. I've had no problems with it being too tickly or harsh at all, no matter how big the pinch. The nicotine content doesn't seem particularly high (but mixed with a little J&H Wilson S.P. No 1 it gives a very satisfactory kick), but I find O & G to be very more-ish - I've bought and got through couple of large tins now and consider it my current everyday snuff. I also managed to get a roomful of smokers to try it at a party recently - nearly all of them came back for a second or third sniff! Proof positive that this truly is a great introduction to the wonderful world of snuff!

Like Vicks with nicoteine, but a lot nicer than that sounds.

This is the third snuff I have ever tired and I must say it is my favourite. It is more refined than the Highland Ice and less sharp, the tin is a good size and doesn't leak when you shake it and the snuff itself goes up the nose nicely without any stinging and I rarely get the urge to sneeze! It isn't exactly strong but its adequate for a daytime snuff and I usually take a few pinches whilst I'm at work. Highly recommended for beginners

Top drawer snuff!! The O&G is a very refreshing snuff that suits any time of the day or night. Get some and you will not be disappointed!
