Wierd Delay

Snuffman,

I think there is something odd going on with the website. For instance yesterday I think it was you told me there was a link available for the snuff cocktails under create content. For some reason I can't see that link when I go there. #2 on the second post down on the forum it says Ye Old Snuffer was the last post on that thread but again his post isn't there. #3 I come here all the time and it will tell me there are new posts that I haven't read but I have indeed read them (several times I might add) and sometimes I just click them in hopes to turn them from yellow to gray. I don't see how this could be my computer because I always refresh my page when I see an oddity to get the latest info and nothing changes. Have you noticed anything out of the ordinary?

I just looked down and it says there are 2 users and 2 guests online
Renaissance man and Renaissance man...I know that I am not logged in twice...i only have one browser open. In addition when I am logged in sometimes my signature shows up and sometimes it doesn't.

Hi Renaissance Man,

I have fixed the first problem, which was completely down to my human error!

I think #2 happens because if people reply to a certain comment then their reply is put directly beneath the comment, whereas if you just click 'Add new comment' then your comment will be added as the last on the list.

I'm not quite sure about #3, it could be that you need to clear your cache.

The final point about your username showing up twice is because the number of users in not real time. I think it checks every 5 mins to see who is online, so it could be that you logged out and then logged in again, which is why the username appears twice.
