I have to say a big thank you to Wilsons and congratulate them on the customer service they provide.
To explain, I had ordered a half pound of Tom Buck and after two weeks it still hadn't arrived. I phoned Wilsons and spoke to a lovely lady, expalaining that the order must have been lost in the post, said she would post out a replacement free of charge. The Tom Buck arrived and I am well pleased.
So a few words of advice, get signed for post and order from Wilsons, they are simply the best.
